Cheering fans were limited this Winter Olympics as athletes from around the world gathered to compete during the pandemic.
But as pairs skaters Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier and singles skater Mariah Bell returned to Orange County from Beijing, their supporters made themselves heard at John Wayne Airport.
Family, friends and fans greeted the skaters, who train at The Rinks and Great Park Ice in Irvine, holding signs and balloons. Knierim and Frazier won silver as part of the figure skating team.
